Key Responsibilities:
1. Member Wellbeing: Maintaining a constant overview of members' engagement and comfort during outdoor tasks.
2. Safety & Risk: Conducting "dynamic" site risk assessments and ensuring individual risk assessments for service users are kept up to date.
