Office based, hybrid (3 days) after probation.
This role is for someone who wants to break away from defined playbooks, heavy structure and multiple approval layers.
Here you'll be building the actual engine behind a growing business, not just optimise someone else's campaigns.
This role exists because the current way of selling does not scale.
Senior practitioners are delivering the work and doing the commercial conversations. It works, but it creates a ceiling.
Your job is to build the middle of funnel system that removes that ceiling.

Day to day:
You'll build and optimise nurture workflows in HubSpot, integrated with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and familiarity with common marketing automation tools used with social media platforms.
You'll segment lists, refine messaging, adjust scoring thresholds and create reporting that shows exactly how leads move from curiosity to qualified conversation.
You'll qualify interest into sales ready meetings and reduce the commercial burden on senior practitioners.
You'll test, iterate and improve until there is a predictable rhythm of qualified conversations entering the pipeline each month.
The Business:
This is a leadership development firm working with CEOs, Chief People Officers and senior teams across large UK, US and European organisations.
Engagements are typicaly in the FTSE250 space and are long cycle, high trust, value led work.
The brand and content engine already exist. The next step is building a repeatable commercial system.
Requirements:
3-5 plus years in marketing automation, CRM led demand generation or growth marketing
Strong HubSpot workflow, lifecycle and lead scoring experience
Confident building dashboards and analysing stage by stage conversion
Experience in long cycle B2B environments
Comfortable engaging senior level personas
