Position
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our Liverpool office. This role is within the court department and involves reviewing and drafting CPR part 7 court proceedings for the business.
Responsibilities
* Reviewing and drafting CPR part 7 court proceedings.
* Creating or updating records with new files and information.
* Speaking with clients and third parties over the telephone.
* Dealing with all requests to access files and keeping logs of incoming and outgoing files.
* Following policies and confidentiality directives to safeguard data and information.
Qualifications & Experience
* Educated to a good standard – graduate.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment.
* Good command of English both oral and written.
* Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Ability to type & perform data entry.
* Good communication skills and ability to work on a fast‑paced team.
* Willingness to learn and work hard.
