TechSofa is on a mission to change the way people relax at home. We design and deliver innovative, tech-enabled sofas that bring comfort and connectivity into everyday living. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated Customer Services Associate to join our team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll make sure every interaction reflects the quality of our brand. From handling inquiries and processing orders to troubleshooting issues and coordinating with our delivery and aftersales teams, you'll keep customers supported and confident at every step.
This isn't just a "pick up the phone and read a script" job. You'll be part of a team that's constantly improving how we do things, and you'll have the chance to grow with us as we expand.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and care.
* Guide customers through the order process and aftersales support.
* Liaise with logistics and service teams to resolve delivery or product issues quickly.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Spot recurring issues and work with the wider team to improve processes.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (online retail experience is a plus).
* Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and digital.
* A problem-solver with patience, resilience, and attention to detail.
* Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
