This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with experience in workforce analytics who can turn complex datasets into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. What do you need? Minimum of three years' experience working with workforce or people-related data, with a sound understanding of HR or organisational processes. Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent. Experience in configuring and maintaining data reports, dashboards, or similar solutions. Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to data accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with database query languages (e.g., SQL) and automation tools is desirable. Understanding of data governance principles and data protection regulations. What you will do each day Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights. Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visual presentations to support leadership decision-making. Ensure accuracy and consistency of workforce data by identifying and resolving data quality issues. Produce routine and ad hoc analytics outputs to meet business requirements. Continuously review and improve reporting and dashboard solutions to enhance clarity, usability, and relevance. Provide guidance on data management practices and support colleagues in maintaining reliable and secure data. Present findings in a visually engaging format, using data storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively. Anticipate stakeholder needs and contribute to strategic initiatives through proactive data analysis and reporting.
