The Role
* As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
* Use assessment effectively to support progress and raise attainment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice
* Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
* Demonstrates strong classroom practice and behaviour management
* Is committed to high expectations and improving outcomes for all pupils
* Works well within a collaborative team environment
* Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to professional development
