The Opportunity
Youll join a high-performing technology recruitment team operating across international markets, particularly the Nordics, where a consultative, relationship-led approach is valued.
The business has undergone a highly successful shift to a contract-led recruitment model, now accounting for around 75% of revenue, with record-breaking performance over the last 18 months. Growth is organic, measured, and built around hiring the right people — resulting in exceptionally low attrition.

What You will be Be Doing:
* Building strong, long-term relationships with technology and gaming companies
* Engaging and interviewing high-calibre tech professionals
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (contract & permanent)
* Developing deep market knowledge within your specialist niche
* Travelling regularly to European markets to meet clients face-to-face
* Operating in a collaborative, high-performance sales environment

Salary, Commission & Benefits
* £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary
