The Senior Designer will play a crucial role in raising brand awareness and creating and implementing designs that effectively communicate our charity’s vision and brand image. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure all marketing collateral, channels and communications are on brand, consistent, and employ best practice. - Lead on the creation of all campaign visual identities collaborating with the Design Officer. - Lead and manage all design projects, from conception to delivery. - Champion our brand guidelines, advising teams on how best to implement these. - Design printed assets, including leaflets, posters, flyers, large-scale OOH, appeal and raffle door drops. - Produce digital assets for social media campaigns, website, programmatic advertising and email marketing. - Maintain the upkeep of our branded photography, organise and manage photoshoots to help promote our marketing and fundraising asks. - Manage the design briefs, prioritise multiple projects and deadlines and delegate these between yourself and the Design Officer, and work collaboratively with KSS team members to achieve design brief goals. - Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
