A reputable and well-established law firm in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law department. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to handle a broad range of privately funded family matters within a supportive, forward-thinking practice.
The Role
As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload that may include:
* Divorce and separation
* Child arrangements and parental responsibility
* Cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements
* Financial remedy matters
* Domestic abuse injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders)
* Advising and supporting clients through all stages of family proceedings
You will work closely with the Head of Department and be encouraged to develop both your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2+ years’ PQE in family law (PQE flexible for strong candidates)
* Strong experience across private family work
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* The ability to manage a full caseload independently
* A sensitive, supportive, and professional approach to client matters
NQ solicitors with solid family experience will be considered.
