You’ll analyse tender requirements, collaborate with colleagues to develop profitable rate schedules, and build strong relationships across the business and with customers to help deliver safe, high-quality, and commercially successful services. This is a key role with real impact, combining commercial insight with cross-functional collaboration. As a Estimator you will… * Review ITT and estimate resource needed to meet tender deadlines * Summarise opportunity and recommend progression * Understand and challenge delivery model for practicality and scope alignment * Liaise with ops teams to build rate assumptions * Cost and market test proposed solutions * Validate tender using market rate knowledge * Develop and review RFQs with supply chain * Create clear tender summary for decision makers * Prepare final submission in client’s required format * Support client negotiations post-response * Validate standard rate schedules for future tenders * Handover tender details to commercial lead for delivery About you… You have solid experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of contractual law and commercial tendering practices. You're confident in negotiating and bring valuable insight into working across multi-divisional organisations. A bachelors or master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
