Front of House/ Client Experience Assistant/ Receptionist – Serviced Office Space

About the job
We’re looking for a charismatic, switched-on, and client-focused Front of House to be the heartbeat of our office space. You’ll set the tone from the moment guests walk in, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting marketing initiatives, events, and day-to-day operations.

Your Role at a Glance
* First Impressions Matter – Be the welcoming face of our space, greeting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth.
* Client Experience Pro – Anticipate client needs, personalise interactions, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
* Operations & Facilities – Keep the space running smoothly, from managing bookings and post to maintaining a pristine, high-standard workspace.
* Marketing & Events – Support community-building initiatives, assist with content creation and occasionally attend after-hours events.
* Sales & Retention – Upsell services, promote meeting room bookings and contribute to high occupancy and client retention.
What We’re Looking For
️ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
️ Confident handling of client requests with initiative and efficiency
️ Personable, positive, and comfortable building rapport
️ Organised, reliable, and great at multitasking
️ Naturally proactive and solution-driven
️ Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office is a must, Canva is a bonus
️ Experience in reception, hospitality, or any client-facing role is ideal (but not essential if you’ve got the right attitude)
