About you: Degree qualified or equivalent relevant professional experience Recognised qualification in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Auditing (e.g. ISO Lead Auditor) Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001 Significant experience within a Quality Assurance or Quality Management role in a regulated environment Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO-certified Quality Management Systems Strong audit, compliance, analytical, and reporting capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Ability to successfully pass Counter Terrorism checks is essential What you'll do: Develop, implement, and maintain an ISO-certified Quality Management System (QMS) aligned to recognised international standards Produce and manage the Quality Assurance Strategy and Quality Assurance Plan across all contract service areas Lead internal and external audits, including certification, surveillance, and recertification audits Monitor and report on quality performance, compliance risks, and improvement actions across the contract Ensure full compliance with legislation, regulations, and international and local standards Provide assurance across multiple FM service lines, operational functions, and supply chain activities Promote a culture of quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation Produce regular assurance reports and evidence-based recommendations for senior leadership and client stakeholders Collaborate closely with contract management teams, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure quality objectives are achieved Support corrective and preventive action management processes and drive continual operational improvement initiatives For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
