Are you an experienced HLTA looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact? This welcoming, community‑focused primary school on the outskirts of Winchester is seeking a confident HLTA to join their team from September. The school is rated Good by Ofsted and is known for its nurturing ethos, creative curriculum, and beautiful outdoor learning spaces.

You will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including:
Leading whole‑class sessions using prepared lesson plans
Delivering small‑group interventions (including SEND and catch‑up support)
Supporting behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Working closely with teachers to plan, adapt and evaluate learning
Providing feedback on pupil progress
Helping to create engaging resources and learning activities
Supporting pupils during transitions, breaks and school trips
HLTA status, CACHE Level 3, or an Education‑related degree
Experience supporting learning in a primary setting
A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills
A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
The right to work in the UK and two references
