Job Title: Registered Manager - Children’s Home
We seek a passionate Registered Manager to create a nurturing, activity-filled home where every child thrives. Whether you're an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager ready to step up, this role offers growth and impact.
You'll receive full support, a comprehensive induction, and specialized management training. Familiarity with the PACE model is a plus, but we provide enhanced training and ongoing therapeutic support.

Lead, support, and supervise staff for consistent care.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
Experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role in children's residential care.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (Ofsted).
