ECommerce Account Manager, UKI & Ireland - Location Slough, United Kingdom - Job ID 0000025342 - Category Sales, Marketing & Product Management Job Description We are looking for an Account Manager to build and maintain partner relationships with one of our top eCommerce accounts. We will encourage creativity to present innovative solutions with a test and learn mentality; and in return we will look for a balance between execution of priorities with a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. This role reports to the Head of eCommerce, UK & Ireland. This is a collaborative, and highly successful team empowered to be creative, drive performance and prioritise personal development. No relocation support offered for this role Core Responsibilities* - Business ownership - full accountability for end-to-end Account - Management of 1 of our largest eCommerce accounts and 3 smaller eCommerce accounts in UK & Ireland. - Including short and long-term business planning, detailed financial management, and excellent execution of our commercial priorities. - Collaboration - building relationships across a wide variety of internal and external partner functions such as Brand Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, and Operations at all levels using these relationships to implement specific retailer plans and support company initiatives. - Negotiation - leading external discussions via annual joint business plans as well as day to day partner collaboration to ensure strong return on investments. - Personal development - own personal development plans targeting priority competencies and stay at the forefront of emerging trends. Play your part in our team succeeding! We are looking for someone with account management capabilities and a proven record of results delivery, preferably with UK & Ireland eCommerce market exposure. The successful candidate will lead from the front with curiosity, bravery, and focus.
