Executive Assistant to CEO & COO
Sweet Bee Organics is looking for a sharp, highly capable Executive Assistant to support our CEO (Founder) and COO/CLO across day-to-day operations. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the centre of a fast-growing, founder-led wellness business operating across the UK and US.
This is not a traditional admin role. You will act as an extension of the leadership team, bringing structure, discretion, and momentum to busy days.
The role
You will support two senior leaders with overlapping but distinct responsibilities, ensuring priorities are managed, time is protected, and nothing critical slips.
Key responsibilities include:
* Complex diary and meeting management across time zones
* Inbox management, drafting responses, and prioritising communications
* Coordinating travel, logistics, and itineraries
* Preparing documents, presentations, and briefing notes
* Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact internally and externally
* Supporting ad hoc projects and confidential matters
* Keeping leaders organised, focused, and one step ahead
Who we’re looking for
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
* Exceptionally organised, calm under pressure, and detail-driven
* Confident communicator with sound judgement and discretion
* Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs rather than reacts
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Tech-savvy and confident with Google Workspace and modern tools
Location & working style
* Hybrid role
* You must be reasonably based around Bath / Frome to allow for in-person working when needed
* Flexibility is essential. Some weeks will be quiet, others very full
