This company are a Microsoft Certified MSP providing IT Support, Installations, VoIP Phone Systems, Office 365 Cloud Services, Hosted Servers, Cloud backup and Photocopiers to over 350 customers throughout the West Midlands andare based in Solihull

As a company they have grown rapidly over the past 5 years and now have a team of 30 with plans to grow this over the next 12 months.

The job will be a mixture of home working and office based working. A typical week would be 2 days in the office and the rest of the week working from home once you have completed your probation.

IT experience, particularly within a support environment and ideally from within an MSP is really important for this role but they are also looking for the right person to fit our existing team.

Some of the technologies they support include Office 365, on-premise and hosted servers, Acronis backup and DR, Active Directory, PC/Laptops, UniFi Wireless networks and Watchguard Firewalls.

The ideal candidate will be dealing with a mix of helpdesk calls alongside an existing team of 9 people. They will have an excellent telephone manner, good patience and be able to resolve IT issues both over the phone and by remotely connecting into our clients sites.
