Are you a maintenance virtuoso with a passion for keeping things in tip-top shape? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and ensure our hotel remains a well-oiled machine.
Your Mission:
* Orchestrate Daily Operations: Lead the maintenance team with finesse, managing schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring every job is completed on time and to perfection.
* Preventative Maestro: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to keep our equipment and facilities in prime condition.
* Energy Saver Extraordinaire: Oversee the hotel's energy usage and introduce innovative energy-saving measures.
* Safety Champion: Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in line with health and safety guidelines.
* Contractor Conductor: Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring top-notch work within budget.
* Budget Guru: Oversee the maintenance and repair budget, ensuring every penny is well spent.
* Inspection Pro: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
* Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, including expenses, completed tasks, and parts used.
* Reporting Ace: Provide insightful reports to senior management on the status of maintenance work and any emerging issues.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working in a maintenance management role in a hotel or similar environment.
* Strong technical skills and a good understanding of building and facility systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
