Primary Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to primary school students Create engaging lesson plans tailored to each student's needs Assess students' learning progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents and teachers to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their academic development Required Qualifications: 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Demonstrated experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in teaching or tutoring Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of primary school curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Organisational skills to track student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Education or related field Additional certifications in special education or tutoring Working Conditions: The Primary Tutor position is a part-time temporary role, with flexible working hours. The role involves working closely with primary school students, parents, and teachers to provide academic support and guidance.
