Salary: GBP 40,000 – 43,785 per annum
The Role
As an Area Sales Manager you will be selling a highly engineered, well‑established brand of specialist power tools used in metal working & some woodworking applications across the South East of the UK. You will be responsible for growing dealer partner accounts while bringing on new customers in the region. The role is fully autonomous, with trust key, and you will run the area like your own business. You will have support from a Technical Area Manager for engineering assistance on joint visits where a technical demonstration is required.

Requirements
* Comfortable demonstrating a technical product on a regular basis
* Natural relationship builder
* Understanding the process of selling through independent dealers/merchants
* Ideally from an engineered product background
* Effective communicator & negotiator

The Package
* Basic: up to £43,785 DOE
* OTE = 15%‑30% of basic salary (paid monthly and quarterly)
