We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kirkby Health Centre in Kirkby in Ashfield. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations within our practice, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

* Manage office communications and correspondence efficiently.
* Maintain organized patient records and ensure data accuracy.
* Assist with scheduling appointments.
* Provide clerical support including typing and data entry tasks.
* Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.
* Qualifications
* Proven office and administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
