About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office experience who is eager to develop their skills and progress within a supportive business environment.

As an integral member of our team, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the business. For the right candidate, there is real potential for career progression and growth.

Key Responsibilities

* General office administration (filing, data entry, document management)
* Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
* Assisting with basic bookkeeping or finance tasks
* Supporting management and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures

Requirements

* Previous office/administrative experience (essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ambition to develop
