Key Responsibilities
* General office administration (filing, data entry, document management)
* Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
* Assisting with basic bookkeeping or finance tasks
* Supporting management and colleagues
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Requirements
* Previous office/administrative experience (essential)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ambition to develop
