This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with hands on experience in gearbox assembly or trackside support, who's looking to step into a planning and coordination role where their practical knowledge can make a real impact. You'll be working closely with skilled technicians, engineers, and production staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of Gearbox and Hydraulics work across shifts. If you've worked closely with drivetrains and hydraulic systems, especially in a race team or motorsport environment, you'll understand the pace, precision, and problem solving required to thrive in this role. What the role involves: You'll be responsible for planning and managing the daily schedule for the Gearbox and Hydraulics assembly group. That means making sure jobs are accurately scheduled, kitted, and achievable with the available resources. Clear communication is key in this position as you will be liaising with multiple departments to ensure all components are manufactured on time. Working closely with group leaders, engineers, and manufacturing teams, you'll monitor capacity, flag up bottlenecks, and keep the plan live and accurate.
