Branch Manager – Bristol
Sector: Property Services : Retrofit and Projects
Salary: A GBP 60,000 to A GBP 75,000 DOE + Bens
My client is leading the charge in sustainable building transformation. To support their continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take the helm of their Bristol branch. Youll lead a skilled team delivering retrofit, refurbishment, and maintenance projects : driving efficiency, safety, and excellence every step of the way.
What youll do
* Lead and inspire a diverse team across multiple retrofit and project contracts.
* Oversee operational delivery, ensuring programs run on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability in every project.
* Build trusted client relationships while driving new business and long:term growth.
* Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance to keep the branch profitable and futureAEUR'ready.
What youll bring
* Proven leadership in retrofit, project or construction management.
* Strong commercial awareness and handsAEUR'on contract delivery experience.
* Solid understanding of building compliance, H and S, and energyAEUR'efficiency targets.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
* Relevant qualifications (HNC/NVQ Level 4+), IOSH or SMSTS desirable.
