What you will do:
* Train in the Configuration Management role.
* Manage processing of Problem Reports from initiation to final disposition.
* Handle Trial Modifications supporting Problem Report investigations.
* Manage Change Requests from initiation to final disposition.
* Support Change impact assessments and facilitate consultations.
* Determine if fast track criteria are met and route Change accordingly.
* Prepare agendas, call and chair CRB meetings.
* Set Point Of Embodiment (POE) & Priority, determine Change Classification.
* Coordinate implementation into design and physical product.
* Engage in continuous improvement activities.

What we are looking for:
* HND qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
* Interest in engineering or science, with ability to work with technical data.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and a logical mindset.
* Familiarity with Databases, PDM/PLM tools, or Information Systems; confident in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of MRP Supply and Demand Planning is advantageous.
* Understanding of CM2 Methodology.
