What You'll Do
• Drive new business with care home owners, All mentioned sector's operators, and developers.
• Sell high-ticket solar & battery storage systems through phone, video, and in-person meetings.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry networking events, and exhibitions to build pipeline.
• Build rapport quickly, gain trust, and position Solar4Good as the obvious partner of choice.
• Deliver clear, compelling proposals that turn prospects into long-term customers.
• Manage and track pipeline, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
What We're Looking For
• Proven B2B high-ticket sales experience (energy, healthcare, sustainability preferred).
• A natural connector with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
• Confident at networking, both online and in-person.
• Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets.
• Familiarity with solar PV and energy ROI models is a plus (but not essential).
