What you'll be doing
: You'll be the friendly voice on both inbound and outbound calls, helping customers who are facing financial challenges. Your mission? To find smart, empathetic solutions that work for both the customer and the bank - turning tough conversations into positive outcomes.

Day Rate:
£140 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Shift pattern:
Shifts are between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis, requiring 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Two 'late' shifts per week - a noon to 8pm and 11am to 7pm
Two 'day' shifts per week starting at 8.30am / 9am or 9.30am / 10am
If working a Saturday, the non-working day is Tuesday or Wednesday
Skills Required
* Experience working in a telephony based role in the financial services industry
* Collections experience is desirable but not essential
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
* Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
* Strong numeracy and written communication skills
