Responsibilities
* Take ownership for the day‑to‑day leadership of the restaurant and team
* Lead a team to deliver the ultimate guest experience
* Come up with fresh, creative ideas to drive sales
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and Health and Safety
* Create a fun and motivating work atmosphere where your team can thrive
* Connect with guests, exceeding their expectations so they come back again and again
* Analyse the numbers and find ways to make things even better
Qualifications
* Experience leading in a restaurant or similar fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
* Personable with the skills to inspire and motivate a team
* Someone who lives and breathes hospitality and top‑tier service
* Great communicator
* Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks
* A problem solver who is hands‑on and ready to take on challenges
* Able to keep cool, calm and focused in a busy setting
