Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and coloring services.
* Assist in managerial activities and support smooth operation in coordination with the team.
* Offer professional hair care recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.
* Stay updated with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques.
* Ensure a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and workstations.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve salon goals and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience working as an assistant manager in a reputed salon.
* Proven experience as a hair stylist, with at least one year of professional hairdressing experience.
* Must hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualification in hairdressing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
* Strong creative ability and attention to detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
