Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer support to Japanese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
* Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively to provide swift resolutions.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers accurately.
* Document customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system for record-keeping.
* Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improved service and share best practices.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
* Contribute feedback and insights to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
