Do you enjoy working with your hands and bringing equipment back to life? We are seeking an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our production team based in our Paint Shop. This is a hands-on paint shop role for someone who understands surface preparation, coatings and the importance of attention to detail. What You’ll Do: Surface preparation including stripping, cleaning, masking and priming. Spray painting components using appropriate coatings and techniques. Support the refurbishment process, including basic disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly where required. Collaborate with team members and prep machines for painting. Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance checks. What We’re Looking For: Experience : Experienced paint sprayer with strong knowledge of prep, spraying and finishing. Attributes: A can-do attitude with a good level of attention to detail and confident using hand and power tools. Skills : Strong team work, communication, reliable and proactive. Good verbal English.
