Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are Reading, Slough and Brent.
The Role
Bath framework, boxing, bath panels, Tiling
Toilet overhauls
Identifying and fixing burst pipes / leaks
Installing additional pipework
Gain entries
Mould treatments
Shower boost replacement
Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Skills & Experience
Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
Relevant industry qualifications
