Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded, self-starting Associate Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, expansion, and measurable revenue growth within our Nucleic Acid Chemistry (NAC) portfolio. This includes our comprehensive oligo synthesis offering - from MerMade oligo synthesis instruments to the full catalogue of reagents, columns, and controlled pore glass (CPG) supports used by biopharma and biotech companies to manufacture their own oligonucleotides.

This role requires a strategic marketer with a strong technical understanding of the oligo synthesis workflow and the ability to translate complex scientific solutions into clear, commercially compelling campaigns. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing programs that engage target accounts, generate qualified leads, and support key business objectives such as instrument adoption, consumables pull-through, and customer retention.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing, the Associate MPM will identify growth opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure a consistent and differentiated presence across digital, events, and partner channels. Success in this role will require strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management, as well as a passion for connecting customers with enabling technologies that power the next generation of nucleic acid therapeutics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for our NAC product line - from concept through to launch, performance tracking and optimization - aligned to revenue goals.
2. Deliver full-funnel, multichannel campaigns (digital, content, events, email) that support strategic account growth, cross-sell, and upsell objectives - including the development of automated nurture streams to engage prospects and move leads efficiently through the funnel. Develop and implement organic social media strategies, including the creation of template LinkedIn posts and guidance to support consistent messaging and engagement across the wider LGC and organize tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, promotions, collateral, and cross-functional coordination to ensure flawless execution.
3. Drive new business and expansion through account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-priority segments and customer needs.
4. Work closely with Sales and Product Management to guarantee that messaging, targeting, and timing are completely in sync with business priorities.
5. Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign development, using experimentation to optimize messaging, channels, and tactics and iterating based on performance insights.
6. Manage campaign-related lead imports and perform initial QA checks to ensure leads are routed correctly and follow-up can proceed smoothly - partnering with the Marketing Operations team where needed for system support.Partner with Sales to craft and distribute sales enablement resources (like sell sheets and follow-up templates) to enhance outreach efficiency, increase conversion rates, and reinforce campaign messaging.
7. Proactively build internal and external networks to gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) - helping to shape campaign messaging, uncover unmet needs, and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
8. Effectively share marketing plans, priorities, and campaign outcomes with internal collaborators through consistent updates, dashboards, and presentations - promoting alignment, transparency, and shared accountability among teams.
9. Develop and manage campaign assets in partnership with internal or external content creators, ensuring relevance to key customer personas.
10. Monitor and report campaign performance (MQLs, conversion rates, value), sharing insights and recommendations for boosting impact.
11. Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale execution and enhance targeting, segmentation, and content efficiency.
12. Contribute to the ongoing development of marketing processes, systems, and best practices within the wider team.
13. Establish solid cross-functional connections and function as a strategic marketing partner to internal collaborators.
