They are now seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their Manchester office and play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, while ensuring clients receive the very best service.
The Role
This role goes beyond standard administration. You’ll be involved in projects, help refine processes, and be encouraged to share ideas for improvement. It’s the perfect opportunity if you’re looking for variety, autonomy, and the chance to shape how things are done.

* Contribute to process improvement projects across the business
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and FCA guidelines
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 4+ years’ financial services admin experience (IFA experience preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Confident in learning new systems and technology quickly
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* IO/back-office system experience is advantageous but not essential
* Exams are a bonus, but the right experience and mindset matter most

* 25 days holiday bank holidays
* WFH Fridays (office-based Monday–Thursday)
* Private Medical Insurance (non-contractual, offered to all employees)
* Free financial planning advice – all commissions rebated for staff
* Early Friday finish (3pm)
* Supportive and collaborative working environment
