We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join a local authority’s repairs and maintenance team based in Warwickshire. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties. We’re looking for a Carpenter experienced in repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. This is a stable, full-time role ideal for someone with social housing or council experience. Duties Include: Carrying out general carpentry repairs in occupied and void properties Repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, etc Installing and adjusting door locks, handles, hinges, and other ironmongery Repairing and replacing kitchen units, worktops, and cupboards Fitting and repairing flooring, including floorboards and joists Building or repairing stud walls, partitions, and shelving This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £22.22 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £19.07 inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.
