Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team.
Experience in the support of vulnerable adults is essential: homeless people, people with substance misuse, alcohol misuse and mental health issues is essential. Applicant must be able to complete tenant files and comprehensive support sessions.
SUPPORT:
* To work with service users according to the requirements of their support plan
* To review the implementation of all support plans
* To signpost clients to access relevant links and support services
* To maintain and develop constructive day-to-day contact with service users
* To provide social and emotional support to service users when required
* Via the Support Plan mechanism, to identify life and social skills deficits within the service user group and to work with service users accordingly
* Complete support logs
* Maintain accurate records of support that is provided to the service users.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,800.00-£24,000.00 per year
