If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Service: prioritise and manage your workload effectively to meet the changing demands from management. Correspondence Handling: Respond to all relevant correspondence, including payment and permit inquiries, using plain English and best practises. Investigate Challenges: Assess and respond to challenges against disputed Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) with thorough investigation and critical analysis. Customer Support: Handle debt recovery inquiries sensitively, particularly for distressed or vulnerable customers, ensuring the right actions are taken. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards by ensuring that all outputs meet quality, policy, and legislative standards. Collaboration: Work closely with Enforcement Agents and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and administer the returns process.What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 2 years in a customer service role in a parking environment. TMA qualification is desirable Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, especially in challenging situations. You'll need to influence and inform effectively! Problem Solving: A knack for weighing evidence and making balanced decisions in line with legislative requirements.
