Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring seamless service delivery

Deliver outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth, retention, and revenue
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability
Maintain compliance with health & safety, HR, and operational standards

The Ideal Candidate:
Currently working in a gym management role with hands-on experience in London
Proven track record managing busy, high-end gyms or fitness facilities
Exceptional leadership, team development, and motivational skills
Strong organisational and operational management abilities
Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
