The Role:
As a Sales Consultant your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service for guests and owners, managing enquiries by phone and email you will be the first point of contact for Guests, Owners, Housekeepers and anyone else contacting the company. Reporting to the Sales and Customer Services Manager you will provide support to guests whilst they are on their holiday, and manage complaints from guests and owners ensuring that our Customer Service consistently exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries, including reservations, availability checks, and general questions.
* Processing bookings, cancellations, and amendments, ensuring accurate records and timely confirmations.
* Supporting property owners with queries, updates, and operational needs.
* Assisting with guest feedback, responding professionally to comments and resolving straightforward complaints.
* Liaising with colleagues to address property performance issues and coordinate follow-up actions.
* Stepping in to support property visits, inspections, or owner meetings when required.
* Creating and updating engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
* Maintaining accurate property listings, including descriptions, images, and guest information.
Skills:
* Previous experience in a customer services or hospitality role.
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Strong administration skills.
* A team player with a flexible working approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

This exciting, full-time role will be based at our Head Office in Hayle. This is a Monday to Saturday role, including Bank Holidays.
