This exciting opportunity is a newly created role created due to rapid expansion and offers ample opportunity for growth and progression. Leading strategy across e-commerce & social media, this high-impact role is ideally suited to a creative marketing professional with a gaming or entertainment background. A role not to be missed!
Responsibilities:
Lead marketing strategy across digital, social, and community channel
Oversee campaigns that drive e-commerce growth and audience engagement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence
Develop innovative marketing initiatives to expand audience reach
Lead and mentor the existing marketing team
Drive data-informed decision making across digital touchpoints
Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for growth
The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of marketing experience from a gaming or music/entertainment background
Prior management experience with the confidence to lead a team
Strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or community-focused brands
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and community building
Experience with e-commerce platforms, Shopify will be highly advantageous!
Excellent communication skills
