The job itself
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Supervisory Assistant. This role involves supervising pupils during the lunchtime period.
The working hours will be 1.5 hours per day, exact working times to be confirmed but these will be between 11:30am and 1:30pm, term time only. You will work under the direction of the Senior Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensuring the lunchtime environment is safe, secure and enjoyable for all pupils.
2. Supervising pupils in the dining hall, promoting independence, good manners and healthy eating habits.
3. Supervising pupils on the playground and encouraging positive, inclusive play.
4. Assisting with setting up and clearing away lunch tables and chairs.
