Location: Stoke-on-Trent (Office Based Role - 5 days per week)

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time hours per week – Monday to Friday

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do

* Providing support to the internal and external system users in person and / or virtually.
* Providing second line support to the internal and external system users via ticket system.
* Various Office IT process / project support.
* Supporting on boarders into the business with initial laptop set up.
* Manage the recovery of all returned devices and ensure accurate asset records are kept.
* Perform hardware recycling activities.
* Build and distribute devices.
* Shared mailbox administration.


Who you are

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
* Strong understanding and experience of laptop and desktop hardware maintenance
* Knowledge of Lenovo and Dell hardware
* Knowledge of ITIL methodology in an operations environment
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Experience of working in a similar role
