event spaces for conferences and
banquets, ensuring all materials and equipment are in place.
* Coordinate with the
kitchen to manage food and
beverage orders for events.
* Interact with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders
and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Serve food and
beverages during events,
ensuring adherence to quality and presentation standards.
* Maintain cleanliness
and organisation in all service
areas.
* Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the
overall guest experience.
* Follow safety and
hygiene protocols to ensure a
safe working environment.
* Assist with inventory
management and restocking
supplies as needed.
* Support team members and collaborate to achieve common goals.
