Were seeking a highly organised and client-focused professional to join our client who are a nationwide, well-established FM provider to the built environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Facilities Management experience, particularly in client engagement, service coordination, and subcontractor oversight, rather than a technical or engineering background.
As part of the delivery team, youll be the key link between the client and the operational teams, ensuring services are delivered smoothly, consistently, and in line with expectations. Youll liaise with subcontractors, monitor service levels, and maintain strong relationships with end-users and stakeholders across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, acting as their day-to-day liaison for all FM-related matters.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed on time and to the required standard.
Work closely with the client to understand their operational priorities, and adapt service delivery schedules accordingly.
Maintain and update service and maintenance records, schedules, and reports in line with agreed performance indicators.
Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, H&S procedures, and company quality standards.
Prepare and provide regular reports to the client, including service updates, issues resolution, and suggestions for service improvements.
Assist with site access coordination and escorting duties as required by the client.
Support compliance with statutory and company health & safety procedures and contribute to a safe, well-managed working environment.
Essential requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Facilities Management role, preferably client-facing or service coordination-focused.
Proven track record of managing service delivery and coordinating subcontractors in a commercial FM setting.
Strong organisational and communication skills; confident in interacting with both clients and contractors.
Experience working to industry standards (e.g., SFG20) is beneficial but not essential.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to solve problems and ensure service continuity.
Comfortable with basic reporting, scheduling tools, and administrative processes.
