Salary: £18–£24 per hour (£37,000–£49,920 per year, based on 40-hour week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you'll be a key member of our small, skilled team. Responsibilities include:
* Servicing and routine maintenance across multi-make vehicles
* MOT preparation and associated mechanical repairs
* Brakes, cambelts, timing chains, and general mechanical work
* Diagnostics and fault-finding
* Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
* Working independently and collaboratively with a close-knit team
* Optional motorcycle work if experienced
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Strong all-round mechanical experience and confidence with diagnostics
* Own tools preferred
* Motorcycle experience is beneficial but not essential
* Reliable, professional, and personable with pride in workmanship
* Team-focused and easy to work with
