We are seeking an experienced CNI Monitoring SME to provide deep technical expertise on enterprise monitoring solutions such as BMC, BHOM, and TSOM. The successful candidate will play a key role in upgrading existing monitoring capabilities and onboarding new strategic services. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and supporting monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high service availability within a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of expertise for enterprise monitoring solutions.
* Configure, maintain, and administer BMC monitoring tools and related integrations.
* Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot alerts and events generated by BMC systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Develop and manage service models to understand dependencies and the health of IT services.
* Support incident and problem management processes for monitored systems.
