Main Duties:
1. Personalised Care Planning: Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess individualized care following evidence-based guidelines.
2. Team Collaboration: Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of top-quality care.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, and NMC guidelines.

6. Shift Leadership: Take responsibility for managing patient care during shifts when necessary.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
