The Role
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to new‑build buyers
- Manage and nurture accounts with large home‑builder partners
- Deliver a seamless, compliant, and customer‑centric service
- Work closely with site sales teams to convert warm leads
- Maintain strong product knowledge across lenders and insurers
- Some weekend work will be required to support site activity
What You'll Bring
- CeMAP qualification
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor, ideally with new‑build exposure
