Make a Difference Become a Foster Carer in London
Foster care is a role like no other - it's a chance to make a real difference to a child s life, providing them with the care, love, and security they deserve. Greater London Fostering is looking for dedicated individuals and families to become foster carers for babies, young children, teens and siblings.
Most people are new to fostering when they start. As long as you have experience caring for children, we ll provide the training, support, and financial package to help you succeed in this incredibly rewarding role.
What We Offer:
* Generous weekly allowances to support you in your fostering role. £462 per week, per child cared for (£490 for over 11s). We also pay a contribution towards your council tax bill.

Your Role as a Foster Carer:
As a foster carer, you ll provide:
* Asafe, nurturing, and loving home environmentfor a vulnerable child.
* Round-the-clock care,
* Close collaboration with health professionals, social workers, and birth families where appropriate.
What You Need to Become a Foster Carer:
* Be over 21 years old.
* Ability to provide a safe, stable, and loving home environment.
* Empathy, patience, and strong nurturing instincts.
* A spare bedroom we are able to take on a few carers a year who don't have a spare bedroom and wish to foster babies.
No formal qualifications are needed your life experience, dedication, and willingness to care for a child are what matter most!
