GSL Education are seeking an experienced Computer Science Teacher to join a school in Sheffield (S11), delivering engaging lessons that build confidence in technology and computational thinking. As Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will plan and deliver structured Computer Science lessons covering programming, algorithms, and digital literacy, helping learners understand key computing concepts within a positive classroom environment. What the role involves: Deliver well-planned Computer Science lessons aligned with curriculum requirements Support pupils in developing coding, logical thinking, and technical skills Encourage independent learning through practical computing activities Maintain strong classroom management and positive learning behaviour Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback What we are looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification Experience working as a Computer Science Teacher in a school setting Strong subject knowledge and communication skills Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) If you are a dedicated Computer Science Teacher ready to make a difference, we welcome your application.
